LeAnn Rimes in J Brand Photo Ready Cropped Skinny Jeans in Mercy
LeAnn Rimes was seen grabbing a couple of shaved ices while vacationing with her husband in Hawaii.
LeAnn wore a pair of J Brand photo ready cropped skinny jeans in Mercy with a slouchy sweatshirt and flip flops. We’ve seen a couple of celebrities in these jeans and one of my favorite aspects is the frayed hem, I think it complements the holes really nicely. Buy J Brand online at JBrandJeans.com.
Louis Vuitton Tweets — Will You Follow?
You know it's the place to be when fashion heavyweights are signing up. Louis Vuitton just announced a couple things, joining online message board Twitter being one of them. This is LV's first attempt at social media. Interesting. If you desire to keep up with the luxury brand's new product launches, progressive collaborations, celebrity sightings, and privileged details from private events, follow louisvuitton_US.
As well, it has launched its official e-commerce site, louisvuitton.com. Since eluxury.com, the only site that carried official LV products online, is folding, the company has moved shop. It's launching this Totally Monogram tote ($1,000) with all this online news. This is another first for the company: debuting a new product online.
Jessica Alba Proves Sweatshirts Are For More Than Running Errands!
Whenever Jessica Alba rocks a red carpet or steps out of her car to run errands, we whip out a notebook and pen — that's how worthy her styling tips and tricks are. For a recent Beverly Hills event, she skipped the sexy cocktail dress in favor of a bright Kenzo sweatshirt tucked into a calf-length pencil skirt. She wore the same sort of practical black ankle boots found in closets across the country but definitely made a luxe style statement with the studded envelope clutch (we're thinking it looks a lot like Valentino . . . ).
The dressed-up look isn't overly formal, meaning it's a smart combo to keep in mind for almost any upcoming calendar appointments. A dinner out with friends or a day at the office? It'll work for both. And because we're fully supportive of channeling Alba in any way, we've rounded up similar options to shop.
Shop clockwise from top left: Nashelle necklace ($80), Kenzo embroidered sweatshirt ($275), Topshop leather pencil skirt ($250), Nine West Cashy ankle boots ($41-$93, originally $129), Valentino Rockstud clutch ($1,095)

Can You Guess Emmy Rossum's Biggest Beauty Blunder?
(Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images North America)It's hard to imagine the elegant Emmy Rossum could possibly suffer from the every day woes of winter-ravaged skin or annoying breakouts, but even the Shameless star shares much of the same skin worries we do. She has sensitive skin, she breaks out, and she gets *gasp* puffy eyes. But with a meticulous beauty regimen, Rossum has tackled some of these common beauty problems head on.
We sat down with Rossum, who is the brand ambassador for the anti-aging skincare line Restorsea, and got her top beauty picks for obtaining healthy skin. Not only does the 27-year old use Restorsea's Reviving Cleanser and Revitalizing Eye Cream—which she recommends putting in the fridge to give puffy eyes a real wake-up call—but she swears by a morning scrub with her Clarisonic, as well as a concoction of moisturizer and face oil to fight off dry skin. Rossum favors oils from The Beauty Counter, FYI.
(Photo by Caitlin Miller/StyleBistro) Fun fact: Emmy's favorite Instagram filter is X-Pro II.But alas, even the most meticulous beauty gal can suffer from a beauty blunder every now and again.
"In June, I thought that I might cut bangs," Rossum said. "So I got an extension piece, and I clipped it in the front and cut it across to make a fake bang to see what it would look like."
Can you see where this is going?
"But I accidentally cut part of my own hair with it and ended up having to cut bangs, because my hair on the left side was about an inch above my eye brow," she said. "I had to get bangs whether or not I liked it."
Upon some investigation, we think we found the result of Rossum's bang disaster.
(PacificCoastNews.com)But despite her bad (if you can call it that) experience with DIY bangs, Rossum insists she is quite the at-home beauty fiend.
"I'm not very extravagant," she said. "I like facials, but I'm not into caviar, body-soaking milk, whatever, and I consider myself very DIY." We learned she can give facials, cut cuticles, tweeze eyebrows, color hair, play with curling irons, etc. "I can do all that stuff," she said.
Yet somehow we got the sense her main pride and joy is her manicure abilities. "I'm just really good at giving my friends manicures," she said. "Girls' night in: wine, game night, and manicures."

Next to Cate, Did Rooney Play It Too Safe?
It's a safe bet that when Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara attend the same event, there will be more than one red carpet look to remember. The actresses proved just that yesterday at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where Cate took home the outstanding performance of the year award.
And while Cate shimmered like her prize in a heavily beaded cocktail dress by Maison Martin Margiela, Rooney — who presented Cate with the award — opted for a chic black dress with lace detailing along its cutout sleeves. Even though their dresses couldn't have been more different, both style stars kept the jewelry to a minimum and finished their looks off with shoes that matched their dresses to a T. While we would love to have either (or both!) of these dresses in our wardrobes, we're left wondering which one you liked better! Let us know, below.
