Their latest movie Gravity is set to open the Venice Film Festival.
So it's no wonder old friends George Clooney and Sandra Bullock were two of the first big names to arrive in Italy ahead of the big opening on Wednesday.

It is the first film from Alfonso Cuarón since the critically acclaimed Children Of Men in 2006 and he co-wrote it alongside his son Jonás.
Speaking about shooting the film alongside her old pal George, who is known for his pranks, Sandra revealed: "This film was so hard that pranks had no place. There was never down time.
‘How are you going to prank someone who's hanging from a scaffold with 12 wires, rigged up all day? So we had a truce at the very get-go because that just wasn't the place to prank.’
Gravity will be released on October 4 in the US, and November 8 in the UK.
